Dealing with an Old-School Webmaster

The OK/Cancel boys somehow manage to combine a funny cartoon with an interesting article on dealing with what could be described as 'legacy fleshware' - an old-school webmaster who is more interested in rotating gifs and defending their territory than improving the website for which they're responsible.
