Randall Snare / Head of Content Strategy
Randall heads up our content practice, managing the talented content team of Maura, Conor, Louise, Brian and Piers while growing our content strategy offerings. Because 'content' is technically iQ's surname, she makes sure the content practice is always up to something interesting - from digital campaigns to governance, editorial strategy to social media, structured content to brilliant copy.
She also works as a lead UX analyst on projects; her recent work includes sites for the Irish EU Presidency and Deparment of Foreign Affairs, as well as digital strategies for NUI Galway and the Irish Stock Exchange.
She has spoken at conferences around the world (she may or may not be in it for the swag) including the Content Strategy Forum in Cape Town, Confab in Minneapolis and the UX Masterclass in Copenhagen.
Before she joined iQ, she worked in publishing: She produced digital versions of many Condé Nast publications including Glamour, Gourmet, and Self. Before that, she was the web editorial assistant for Every Day with Rachael Ray and a freelance writer for The Onion.
She's originally from New Orleans and came to Dublin via New York. Outside of work she just keeps writing; she has a storytelling and design blog called Mapped. Randall is too obsessed with dogs for her own good and has developed a dog voice as a result. Only occasionally will she use this voice for cats.
