Margaret is one of our project managers, managing our biggest accounts, including Vodafone Group, Airtricity and Goodyear. These accounts have churned out some major projects like the European-wide deployment of the Vodafone mobile broadband application, Airtricity self service redesign and the Goodyear B2C tire finder (slated for an April 2012 release).

She's interested in the strategy side of user experience, looking at how each project feeds into an organisation's big picture.

Before joining iQ, she worked in Vodafone, first as an engineer, and later as the online strategy manager.

Outside of work, she likes to get active, both running and swimming. And she spends a lot of time volunteering, especially as a Girl Guide leader.
