Hugh John is one of our project managers, in charge of both account management - developing new business - and the project lifecycle.  He finds the best parts of the project the beginning, when real research and analysis give way to brand new projects, and the end, when the work is done (for now).

Because he's involved in every aspect of the business, he picks up skills along the way - most recently, he understands better the interplay between content and design as well as search engine optimisation, from seeing their impact in projects he's run.

"What's exciting about project management is that it's always changing." He sees the breadth of the project as it develops.

Hugh-John comes to iQ with a strong background in the delivery of web and mobile applications - he previously worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for MediaOne, a leading Irish Web Agency, then as an independent Internet Consultant in the Middle East. Most recently, he was Head of Project Management at Monsoon Consulting.

Outside of work, he plays Gaelic football and enjoys other outdoor pursuits, running and cycling.
