Hoai Linh likes the diversity of user experience design. Some days she's user testing, or interviewing customers, others she's participating in design workshops, hashing out layouts and content with clients like Goodyear. She also likes the variety of industries we work with, bringing user experience to different kinds of customers and organisations.

She's interested in the two sides of Human Computer Interaction, "you have the technical aspect and the human aspect, dealing with people and trying to understand them."

She joined iQ from a year's internship in Google, London, where she worked as a web developer creating learning tools. She designed as well as built web apps that anyone in Google could use to create customised learning paths for others.

She's originally from Toulouse, France, and outside of work she loves to dance, especially Argentinian tango.
