Elizabeth is our energetic, multi-tasking Finance Manager. Her role constantly expands: she expertly juggles both internal and external iQ business - she's the head of HR with John and she manages financials and payroll, as well as administrating sales, invoicing and tying up contracts with clients. In her own words, she's "all over the place."

Her multi-tasking has developed the company in a number of ways; she started a new strategic budgeting plan, analysing how iQ could be more cost effective and profitable.

Elizabeth developed her gift for chaotic efficiency working in the family business and entered the online realm after working for a friend in a start-up media networking company in London. There she attended events as a promoter and acted as a conduit, linking companies with the relevant people and vice versa. Despite a hectic schedule, she describes her time with the networking firm as "socialising working holiday."

Outside the office, she mixes the solitude of reading and writing, with her socialising: "big time."
