Aislinn Treacy / Analyst
About Aislinn
Aislinn wears many hats in her iQ projects: project manageer, interaction designer, researcher, analyst, and information architect. She runs user tests, leads stakeholder workshops, and analyses web traffic and content to make products that meet both business and user needs.
Her most recent clients include Vodafone, where she works as the design lead for the mobile broadband section of their site. She has been instrumental in redesigning purchase flows based on extensive research into the user journeys, analytics and personas. She's also designed many online advisory tools for Vodafone, including two versions of a mobile broadband package chooser, which was implemented around the globe (and won an award), and two tools (tariff advisor and package chooser) to help people decide which phone plan they should choose.
Such close integration with the client team has allowed Aislinn to run conversion optimisation and multivariate testing projects, both designed to tweak and perfect purchase flows and brochureware content.
Aislinn honed her expertise as a process engineer at Intel, where she pioneered a new qualifications process for preparing equipment. She’s a designer with an eye for the smallest detail; in her own words, she “loves taking things apart and putting them back together again”.
Before she started at iQ, she travelled extensively in New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia and South America. She uses her free time actively: participating in charity cycles, hillwalking, snowboarding and generally being outdoors.
