Because 'content' is technically iQ's surname, Randall makes sure the content strategy practice is always up to something interesting - from digital campaigns to editorial strategy, structured content to social media, taxonomies to brilliant copy.

Randall heads up our content practice, managing the talented content team and growing our content strategy offerings. She works as a lead designer for clients like Coca Cola, Airtricity and Goodyear. Conferences around the world have added her to their roster, including the Content Strategy Forum in Cape Town, Confab in Minneapolis and the UX Masterclass in Copenhagen.

Before she joined iQ, she worked in publishing, producing digital versions of many Condé Nast publications like Glamour, Gourmet, and Self. Before that, she was the web editorial director for Reader's Digest and a freelance writer for The Onion. She's a co-founder and contributor to the storytelling and technology blog Mapped.
