    Link popularity are can have a major effect. Also how long have you been indexed for I’ve noticed that search engines like you to have been around for a long time.

    And being listed in the DMOZ helps a lot!

    And also the domain name ext.

    Like a me.co.uk is going to get better results in the UK.

    Or me.ca is going to do better in Canada
