I was recently asked to demonstrate some of the capabilities of the Google Search Appliance to a client of ours. Their existing search wasn’t delivering accurate results for them and they wanted to get a feel for what else was out there.
I could have gone in and given a presentation about the all the great benefits and features of Google’s enterprise search offering.
Instead, I decided to show them by setting up a simple pilot.
