Hate bad design, want to make a difference?

We’re looking for analysts, technical analysts and senior analysts

Analyst

Not overly concerned about experience, we’re more interested in finding smarties with the right aptitude and the right attitude who have what it takes to become a usability/user experience expert. So while relevant qualifications and experience may be an advantage, they are not requirements. Instead, we’re looking for someone who

  • is an analytic and creative thinker,
  • is an excellent communicator (even first thing on a Monday morning)
  • is a can-do-er
  • is willing to learn
  • and who deeply cares about bad design and, deep down, knows there has to be a better way to do things.

Senior Analyst

Got game in three or more of the following?

  • Usability evaluation and usability testing methodologies
  • Interaction design
  • Information architecture
  • Web analytics
  • Using personas and scenarios to model user goals
  • Business processes and workflow for content management systems
  • Web accessibility
  • Writing for the web and the creation of usable persuasive content

Technical analyst

Box model hack, quirks mode? Know your DOM and interested in AJAX? We’re looking to hire someone who can deliver usable and accessible solutions for our clients.

From a technical perspective, you’ll already have some of the following feathers in your cap:

  • (X)HTML, CSS, and web standards-based, cross-browser development experience
  • Accessibility aware, in the spirit of the WCAG, not just the letter
  • Ability to develop web applications using PHP (or other server-side languages), JavaScript, DOM, AJAX, XML and XSLT
  • Configuring those boxes in the server room (Linux, Unix and Windows), networking, back-end programming, databases
  • Configuration and customisation of web Content Management Systems
