Shane Diffily - Senior Analyst

Shane has considerable experience in website management, design and content production. Before joining iQ Content, Shane worked for five years as Corporate Webmaster with the Electricity Supply Board (ESB) - one of Ireland's largest companies.

Prior to that Shane also worked in web-related positions with several other firms and as a consultant with KPMG.

Shane's industry knowledge extends across both the public and private sectors. Among the web initiatives he has contributed to include a community portal, a regional tourism website, a careers portal, as well as several intranets and corporate websites.

Shane is the author of "The Website Manager's Handbook", which appears on the reading list of several universities and has also been published by the highly respected online design journal, A List Apart.
