Ruairi Galavan - Usability Analyst

Ruairi initially joined iQ Content as an intern in July 2007 from City University, London. This internship was part of Ruairi's Msc in Human Centred Systems.

Ruairi completed his Masters dissertation in December 2007 entitled The development of a heuristic based benchmarking toolkit for web evaluation.

After graduating with distinction, Ruairi returned to iQ Content in 2008 as an analyst.

Ruairi also has an honours degree from Dun Laoghaire Institue of Art, Design & Technology in Psychology applied to IT.

Ruairi has experience with various user centred design techniques including, user testing, heuristic evaluation, and query based research.
