Colin Bentley - Analyst

Colin is one of our analyst who has led many interaction design projects for clients like Vodafone, and he has brought some signature touches to the design process.

His strongest innovation: the codifcation of methods in self-service design. These new methods have informed his interface design to make cutting edge projects, like the new My Vodafone, a dashboard site for a high level of customer interaction. Beyond design, he has widened this idea to other areas, defining the ROI of self-service design and finding new methods of collecting user data.

Outside of his project work, he teaches his methods at workshops and conferences like the Irish Internet Association, iQ's own Bootcamp and the Euro IA in Copenhagen, a presentation he co-wrote.

Before he joined iQ he worked as a business analyst for very different companies, from a dental software developer, to an e-business consultancy. He is fluent in French has lived abroad in both France, and South Korea. He spends as much of his free time outside as possible: cycling, surfing and hiking.
