Brian Donohue - Senior Analyst

Brian is a web analytics, content, and training expert with over four years experience working with web technologies. Since joining iQ Content, Brian has worked on developing and delivering custom training projects for Tourism Ireland, Vodafone, Fingal County Council, and the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. He has also worked on evaluating client web sites and the research generated on them, and he has designed a full-day training workshop on implementing a web analytics program.

Most recently, Brian led the usability and accessibility review of the Department of Taoiseach's website. And he also created a design specification for a yet-to-be-launched subsite for Sustainable Energy Ireland.

Previously, as a lead instructional designer at SkillSoft, the world's leading e-learning company, Brian led teams of writers, graphic designers, and editors to craft training on a range of technologies, from basic end-user skills to best practices in object-oriented programming. Brian has also worked as a senior editor, focusing on developing content to meet the highest standards. In addition, Brian has a range of experience in creating specifications for custom web tools and technologies, and in generating guidelines for their use.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a BA in Psychology.
